This would be good but it can't be more than 75 minutes total with warmup and cooldown...I'm sure they could "tweak" it to get the Ultimate Floorwork compilation mix!! :)

How about this All Step Lower Impact combo? I had to add Step, Jump and Pumps step combo...I really enjoy it but hardly pull it out. If it gets mixed into another step workout, then I'll be in heaven! Love the moves and music....

I am starting week 4 of the undulating program and I'm noticing lots of changes. I am noticing a little shrinkage in my low back and buttocks and my thighs are toning up. I am feeling stronger in the upper body. I have lots of weight to lose (gained 60+ after my hysterectomy...
I just wanted to add I've done the heavy bag bonus twice on my TKO hanging bag and oh my, the sweat just drips off me! I absolutely LOVE it!

Workout 1 is done! I had hubby load me up with some pain cream for my back, then I did a 1 mile walk to get warmed up and then used lighter weights during the workout. I loved it! I like that there are no repeats and it went fast enough to keep me sweating! Bodybugg said I burned 491...
I'm starting tomorrow as well. I pulled my back almost 3 weeks ago and I've been dealing with tons of pain but I am hoping to modify, modify, modify!! ;)
