    Hi! I have just started doing the intermittent fasting where I eat between a timed window. In 2 days down 4.6 lbs (I am sure it is water weight but if this continues, I'll be a happy camper!) I may mix my weeks with a few regular fast/low cal days. Thanks for all your inspiration!! Denise

    Can you tell me exactly what you are doing? When you fast, do you limit calories? I am considering doing a low cal, 2 day fast, followed by a day of normal eating but monitoring those calories so I don't overeat. So on your non fast days you are eating only protein and fats. Did you start...

    Can I ask what days do you fast and what day do you weigh in? Do you only weigh in once a week or daily? Do you eat normally on your non fast days or do you reduce calories slightly?
