Interesting Glute exercises

These band exercises look great! I'd love to see Cathe do a "Band Camp" workout like that to really hit the glutes/legs. :D

Do you mind sharing your rotation? I have been very tempted by body weight exercises. I have HC volume 1-3 and boot camp. Love them! Did you add in any other instructors? I can't imagine doing HC any more than twice a week! I agree, nothing gives you better abs!
 
I agree, HoCo is intense. My bodyweight workouts were Mark Lauren's "You Are Your Own Gym," and "EFX." If I felt like throwing something else in the mix I would. Mark Lauren, and HoCo, were the main players. Like I stated before, it was a great rotation for me. If you have any questions, please ask. More than happy to help. I did Mark on MWF, and HoCo on TTh. Sat I did some kind of cardio (Hiit.) Sunday was rest or Yoga. I alternated weeks of YAYOG and EFX.
