    Beachbody question

    I have tried Beachbody and I didn’t like it. I didn’t like the instructors. The Insanity guy did some of the workout and then pointed to the people doing it. I thought there workouts had jerky movements. I cancelled there plan. I like Cathe because to me it makes sense.

    What you can do to start back is LITE series with lower weights. If you think about doing cardio is when you feel like it is hard to breathe just pause the workout.     Just did it. No burpees! It was around 53 to 54 minutes. There was the boxing and cooldown and then the ab section and cool down. If you do not want to do abs Cathe does a cooldown to boxing and then you can stop.

    That was in the workout. Be careful with the fire walker band doing bicycle abs. You need to put the band where you can stretch it! Other then that great workout. You don’t need a lot of room. If you don’t have room for the fire walker, just modify it to a smaller step or do two instead of four!

    Just did it. I did all the weights Cathe did! So proud of myself! You will be using the loop on with your hands. But, it is doable. Had to modify the plank and the abs, but it is doable!

    I have noticed if you are need of a new step workout on Live, go to the Circuit Workouts. Cathe has put step in them. Most of these workouts are not in the Step Category. Hope this helps, while Cathe’s eyes are healing.
