Just as in the first Warrior Kickboxing Cathe LIVE workout ( #148) this workout is non-stop energy filled with kicks, punches and bit of heavy bag! We’ll cap off the workout with core work and a stretch! See you “in the ring”!

Boxing gloves (optional)

Heavy Bag (optional)

Just did it. No burpees! It was around 53 to 54 minutes. There was the boxing and cooldown and then the ab section and cool down. If you do not want to do abs Cathe does a cooldown to boxing and then you can stop.
