    Oooookay... The "reviewer" obviously ignored the muscle confusion principle... same exercises mixed around and intercepted by new ones... I wonder what she'd write IF she had actually followed the program... hmmm.... Besides, I think that editing the same exercise to appear as a back-off...

    You need to go to your workout sheets through the calendar. Calendar --> click on the specific day --> show details (on the right side) --> Edit Workout --> Edit (the little notepad icon). From there it's all pretty easy. Just follow what the text says. Chris.
