Mari, I'll be probably doing total-body workouts for the remainder of August (maybe using my 1RM at about 55%-60%), then move on to STS on 8/31.
Laura, I think it would be great to start an undulating rotation thread as soon as everyone's ready!!! As Cathe said, we shouldn't be STS-burnt out... so intercepting rotations with all her other DVDs until we hit STS again would be a wise choice.
You won't believe the extra plates I bought, plus a longer barbell (was planning to buy it in September...) and a curl bar for those lying tricep extensions and bicep curls. I was also looking for a better bench (one that inclines and declines, as I'm currently using the Reebok Deck and I'm not sure it would hold the Meso 3 weight load...). But I see it as an investment; we'll definitely be using the weights in the future!
I have already uploaded a STS undulating rotation in the Rotation tab in WM, but I used the Squat Rack legs in Meso 3. Have a look.
