Cathe's Step is always the best, started with Step Max and that was it had to get every one made since !!! Been stepping with Cathe, as many Cathletes have for well over 25 years :) What an inspiration, best workout buddy, and role model she is !!!

Love seeing the K step come back with the shuffle straddles ! Those two heel clicks look fun, and I love the peg leg pivot return good stuff ! Over the top and a burpe, how many of those are there ? Yikes! o_O;):)

Love this idea ! I actually have a TRX in a box downstairs, that has been there for months ! I think if I had a Cathe workout for it, I would have taken it out of the box Lol !!!

Yes, another Spin DVD please :):cool: The format in Ride is one of my favorite Spin workouts, I just Love the hill climbs in it especially the Climb song !!!

Hi Pippi I am about 5'9 too and an extra large exercise ball has made a huge difference for many exercises especially hamstring roll ins, and incline bicep hammer curls etc. They are just so much more comfortable and effective, I find :);)

That looked like a lot of fun! I enjoyed the costumes and Cathe so much I can't remember what exercises they were doing Lol ! When Cathe asked if they were scaredy cats I burst out laughing, too funny!!!
