Glad there are progression exercises to work through, I think that will help not only physically but mentally. Just like working up to those levitation holds and ball pikes, which I also need to work on!
I prefer doing overhead presses seated, and often do seated when Cathe and crew are standing.
It just feels better for me when going heavy and my basement ceiling is a little low too Lol!
Great to know the weights of the plates in colors and that the bar is almost 5 lbs.
I use an old school steel bar around 6feet long with steel collar to place the plates on
and it weighs in at 15.4 lbs. So I know that I have to make a 10lb. calculation when choosing the weights to use.

Wondering if this is a burn set or finisher hence the flames we see?
