    I did STS Meso 1 2 3.. took a week off then went to GYM STYLE.. WOW AM I SORE.. Its a great workout.. its shorter than sts.. so you are in and out.. !!!

    SPAGHETTI SQUASH 1 CUP SAUCE 1/2 CUP SPINACH BROCCOLI RED PEPPERS.. ONIONS GARLIC (ADD YOUR OWN) SQUASH --ETC 3 OZ GRILLED CHICKEN 1 TAB ROMANO CHEESE... COOK SQUASH. THEN FORK THE SQUASH OUT.. it just like spaghetti... then saute onions garlic.. red pepper .. broccoli mushrooms...

    Are you doing STS lifting 3 days in a row?

    I noticed one of the rotations had STS in row.. I find when I lift .. I rest at least a day .. I am not a fan of lifting on day after another.. How about you!??

    I do not have a bar or squat machine... Can I substitute weights for a barbell and squat machine.. I do not have the room for a weight bar..... Let me know I am thinking of ordering STS I REALLYREALLY LUV GYM STYLE!!!! THAT IS MY ALL TIME FAV!!! I WISH THEY HAD A FOLD UP BARBELL...
