Shock Cardio Boxing vs. KPC

Less intense, but well worth having. MMA boxing is more fun in my opinion. I enjoy KPC a great deal. MMA Boxing has a unique feel to it because of the punching interleaved with agility drills.
 
The two workouts are nothing alike. I enjoy both. MMA Boxing, as the previous poster stated, has a lot of agility drills - so those you can modify the intensity of to a large extent. KPC is straight-up kickboxing. MMA Boxing is maybe something you would see done in an actual boxing gym. KPC is more stead-state, and MMA-B kind of has intervals to a certain extent. I like them both!
 
Completely different workouts, I find KPC do be one of my best overall cardio workouts, I sweat and pant like crazy. The Boxing dvd is less cardio intensive, but as others mentioned have some really unique and fun moves. To me it seems like Boxing has a lot of core work worked in to it, even during the punching routines.
