    This was the first Cathe DVD I tried and I thought she was trying to kill me lol! Lungs on fire! It does get better and I can now do 2 of the Hiit's back to back when I'm really punishing myself. Good on you for getting through that one, especially the 40/20. Jamie

    I agree I'd always found that workout very difficult and couldn't believe it was only a 7 so I adjust the number in the workout manager to how hard I feel I was working.

    Love chiseled lower body and with heavier weights it feels advanced to me; total body metabolic is good as well but i think there's only cardio in the blizzard blast. I was hoping they would be showing up in the daily deal so i could order a couple more. Jamie

    Hi Ivy, That's quite the workout regimen you have and i have to wonder if it's perhaps too much stress on your body causing increased cortisol levels along with holding onto body fat. Your calories are way too low to sustain this kind of exercise on a daily basis, even with your one rest day...

Not to say the workouts are not important, but you cannot lose the fat covering the muscle without the proper nutrition. Pay attention to labels...
