    I feel the same when i use those workouts and always love the"hurt"lol! The legs are hard too alternating plyo with weights and little rest. Almost like booty extreme 2 but not quite as brutal haha!

    It may be too intense a program considering your issues. If your mitochondria cannot regenerate properly perhaps your muscle fibres are not regenerating as they should. I have a friend with ehlers danlos syndrome so she cannot do weight lifting and sticks to Tai chi like exercise for that...

    So when you do a hiit workout your bp is that low?? And pulse too?? If so are you on cardiac meds? Otherwise it doesn't sound right...unless I'm completely misunderstanding what you're saying.

    I did Dasha"s kettlebell kickboxing scorcher series when it first came out and had alot of fun with it. I would love to do Hammer and Chisel if it ever went on sale here in Canada.
