    I am getting rid of my old weight bench because the fit tower replaces all the uses of a weight bench and takes up less space;) Do you find the barre leg workouts are as effective as heavy weight training for legs?

    I have this surgery on my face tomorrow and I know I have to follow Drs orders. Anyone who's had this how long did you have to wait before exercising..just curious

    I have a stiff low back most of the time have to favor that and my knees by wearing knee sleeves. I really have to be careful doing lunges and squats. Squat thrust are pretty much out of the question I'm 38 :(..but in very good shape so far
