    I have been through all of my ab workouts and was thinking I needed something new, so I was perusing my dvd's and thought I'd try the core segment on the MMA workouts. They're all really good and I think come in at 8-10 minutes. Just a little tidbit for my fellow Cathletes!;)

    Another idea is to work your abs first before your main workout. This helps me as I don't have the initiative to work them after a tough workout;)

    Curious to know if the the workouts are designed with one muscle group followed by another, i.e. all shoulders, all biceps, etc. Or are they alternating, i.e. 1 back exercise, 1 chest exercise etc?
