I'm not sure about the frog kick then lean in on step and kick during the blast. I think that one might challenge me. I hope I don't kiss my step!!! Love all the abs mixed in with this workout. Cannot wait to see more.

I promise you this one looks way more challenging than it actually is. It has lots of fun factor and works off of momentum.
