    After trying the ICE dvd's several times, I have to say I'm not loving this series. Straightforward lifting and hiit seems to fit the bill for me. Would love another series along these lines❤️

    Xtrain or STS?

    I would say STS is much more comprehensive than Xtrain. It is a 90 day program and the times clock in around an hour or so.     I'm assuming you have tried Cathe's brand? I use them all the time and don't have issues. I think you're right in that all of them do tend to roll a bit. Probably not much help, but my two cents.:p

    Funny you would bring ginger up Nckfitheart2009. I've recently started mxing apple cider vinegar, a bit of honey, water, ginger, and a pinch of cayenne for my morning protocol. Each of those things has great benefits, so I don't think I can go wrong!!
