Attention Cathe Live Subscribers: This Thursday, March 10th at 9:15am EST, we'll be doing "Boot Camp Blast Off" Live. Get ready to sweat, burn, sculpt & "work work"! Seven rounds of cardio, compound, lower body and upper body training...in that order!

Equipment needed:

Various weighted dumbbells ranging from 5 pounds to 15 pounds.

A fitness mat
 
I'm loving all of these Live Workouts and I love today's format. Would love to see one in the 60 minute range. :) However, with all of the great ICE Series Muscle Meltdowns and Blizzard Blasts, it's easy to pop in a DVD add one on at the end so I get my daily 60 minutes of Cathe in. As I tell my kids, a day without Cathe is like a day without sunshine.
 
Fun workout! I used my rebounder for the jacks, power skis, & that worked

Love boot camp ones as much!
 
Just did this one today. I really enjoy the workouts that follow a circuit pattern like this one did: cardio, compound, lower, upper. Repeat 7 times. It's motivating to have a preview of what's coming and nothing gets old because each circuit has fresh moves. I'm thinking this is going to be a go-to on those days when I just want to have fun in my workout.
