A+! It was hard to pick which one to do first so I had my husband pick since he was doing it also. And it's hard to remember all the moves after only doing it once, but I do remember enjoying it & loving the moves. We both started out w/same weight as Cathe since they are new moves to learn...
Hubby and I just did this one again this morning because it is that awesome! Usually don't repeat same one that soon, but we couldn't wait to do it again!
I had to drop to 12s for the 2nd round of those pullovers. This workout was amazing - every single minute was tough for me & my husband - we were spent & loved it!!!
I forgot to add that you will need to choose which type of rotation you downloaded into your calendar and then choose it in the list, then you can change the date & add to calendar. Hope that makes sense.
Hi Stacelina73 - just go into the Workout Manager, click on "rotations" then choose "edit/delete" rotation, then you can change the date in your calendar for when you wanted to have that rotation start.
Hubby and I haven't been able to work out this past week and this one really kicked our butts! My abs were too spent to do all the raised frog crunches, but definitely excited to work up to these! Thanks Cathe for another killer workout!
