    Final August Rotation Check in! YEAH!!

    GS legs on Saturday, GS upper body (both) on Sunday. Today I did Body Max, which I missed on day 1. I did not do the upper body portion, since I had just done the gym styles yesterday. Still a good workout! We did it!!!

    Upper Body workouts

    If you do both timesaver gym styles, omitting the first stretch and the second warm up, it clocks in right at an hour. There is also the upper body portion of Body Max, which is about 35 minutes. You could combine this with a premix from other videos.
