Upper Body workouts

We have Pyramid Upper Body, Gym Styles and CTX "upper body only" premix but what else is out there for a one hour total upper body weights workout? Are there any premixes out there that I don't know about?

I want to Legs & Glutes this week on one day and then need a one hour upper body weights workout for the next day, but I just did PUB, don't have time for GS's and not too excited about CTX right now. Nothing wrong with it but just in the mood for something different.

Any suggestions? Ideas?

There are upper-body premixes on the SS/PP DVD that are very good. You can do two or three cycles of just the upper body moves.

Also, in whole-body workouts, you could always replay the segments for each upper body part and make a near-one-hour workout (easier to do when Cathe does all lower body, then all upper body, but doable with some fancy remote usage!)
 
If you do both timesaver gym styles, omitting the first stretch and the second warm up, it clocks in right at an hour.

There is also the upper body portion of Body Max, which is about 35 minutes. You could combine this with a premix from other videos.
