DAILY CHECK IN Tuesday 30 August

Good Afternoon Fit Ladies,

This morning, I did Legs & Glutes and Turbo Jam.

Last night,I did turbo Jam and Ab Jam.

I am using Turbo Jam as a supplement for Cathe's cardio's without the step.

I hope that all of you are having a great week!

Hello again all:

I've been checking in on the August rotation thread, but now I'm done with that, so I'm back over here. You've no doubt heard tons about that rotation--it was a doozy.

I'm worn out. Got up today at my usual time to work out, so it wasn't a problem getting out of bed, but I just couldn't face any weights or impact! So I did a yoga tape, just to stretch. It was a listen to your body day. Don't know what to do tomorrow either, but hopefully I'll be more enthusiastic. Anxious to see the September rotation to see if I'm going to follow it.

This morning I did Cardio & Weights. It was one of those days where things just felt great! I love days like those; wish I could figure out how to replicate that every day. The workout was fun, fun. DD decided she wanted to exercise with me today, so I got out my high step and let her use the top of that. She got through the warm up with me, then decided that she would just do her own thing, and spent the rest of the workout dancing around the living room and making up moves (she even named them).

Wendy - thanks for the encouragement! I said the same of you a few days ago, but don't know if you saw my post. I'm very impressed that you are being so consistent in your workouts with a newborn! That's harder to do than working out while pregnant, I think.

Kristine - good luck with your recovery. That's major surgery. I hope you feel better soon!

Carole - LOL about the MSB outfits! At least they aren't as bad as the ones in the previous workouts that are advertised at the start of that tape. The long, white, lace shorts are awful. It also cracks me up that she changes outfits for each combo. I'm glad she doesn't do that anymore. Isn't it amazing that at the time of its release, it was considered so advanced, and yet now seems like just a longer version of Basic Step?

Katie - ah, I remember that part of Cathe's Jan/04 rotation! You were supposed to do Circuit Max followed by S&I, right? That's a doozy of a workout. Good for you for doing it, despite the low energy!

Foodie Sue - After finishing that rotation, you deserve a break! All of you that lived through that should feel very proud of yourselves. I hope I get back into shape well enough that I can give that a whirl some day.

Hi Sandra - getting close huh!!?

Just finished PUB and tacked on 300 crunches, 100 standard and 100 obliques to each side. Feeling almost back to normal.
