Last evening: First 45 minutes KPC for cardio
Leg curls; PLB-lunges,deadlifts,calf work;
L&G- ankleweight work and stretch for freestyle

Tonight: GymStyle Chest and PLB squats/plie squats, leg press and Pilates Method leg work on schedule

Good morning Cathy, great workout!!

Yesterday was IMAX3 intervals 1-5, then step combos 6-10. I wanted to incorporate a little interval training in although I know I can't go all out right now. Felt fine doing the workout though (as fine as you can feel doing IMAX3!!)

Today I believe I'll crack open my new GS Legs and give it a whirl. I will also add on a short cardio to keep this furnance burning, the scale and tape measure are still tipping towards the high side after last weekend.

Good Morning Fit Ladies!

I have PUB and a 5k run planned for today. I'm not sure about running this morning, but if I don't run I'll tack on 30 minutes of cardio after PUB.

Cathy: great workouts....you are deep in freestyle now! Any results yet?

Jane: GS: Legs is a toughie....especially the floorwork. Good news about your DIL's family.

Carole: Leaner Legs with lighter weights is still quite mean! I think it's the fact that she goes from one exercise to the other VERY quickly.

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was my rest day. Well not really, I was painting mostly all day. Doors looking brighter already!

Today I start my toasty rotation so I will be doing C/W plus 200 jumping jacks and 40 pushups and more painting.

I will do my DARE on friday. Son does not want to take pictures of me though as he says what I am doing is "gay". LOL! So no pictures, but I will be doing them! All 1000 walking lunges.

Jane-I love GS Legs! I have gotten great results from that one.

Wendy-I love CTX Kickbox! I always feel it in my shoulders and lats the next day!

Good morning everybody!

I did the Upper Body and Lower Body Add-ons from the Body Fusion DVD. Was a nice little change and a nice little workout for my still a little weak body, hehe ;-) .

Can't wait til the weekend I need some sleep!!!

Good Morning Everyone, IS IT FRIDAY YET???:p

Okay, I am anxious for the Labor Day weekend to get here even if we don't have any plans.

This morning I took Cathe seriously when she said do an intense cardio today (while waiting for her to put out the rotation later today), and did Imax3 1-5 and then the step portion and interval blast of MIC!!!! AWESOME, FUN and super intense workout!! IMHO the music of MIC step ROCKS!!! It's the perfect beat and type of music that makes me want to work hard! Love the Love Rollercoaster, and Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys and Madonna songs....!!!:D and it's the first time I did the interval blast at the end of MIC step! Yikes!!!
Well, it was fun and I'll make a note of that to do again in the future!

Waiting to see what Cathe comes up with for September, but I did do intense cardio today, Franny Hi/lo 2202 and ab hits. Bring it on, Cathe!
 
Did a gym workout yesterday - 30 min elliptical, 30 min hard rowing, back/shoulders/abs, & leg conditioning drills at home.

I'm sore, but feel good. Rest today. Maybe for a couple of days to let my body recoup. My hip has been in a bit of pain. Happy Thursday ladies!!!

Well, ladies, as I was dared by Haydee yesterday, I did A-Jock's Satan's mish mosh last night. It was SO MUCH FUN!!! I would highly recommend it!

Tonight is KPC and the floorwork from GS legs.

Good for you for completing ANYTHING that A-Jock comes up with though!!!;-) I haven't even attempted any of her stuff yet. I'm afaid it might involve calling 911 !!!:p

ARE YOU STILL ABLE TO BREATHE WITHOUT ASSISTANCE??? How long until you were able to walk again????????:eek:

Got good news last night. My DH has an Uncle and some cousins in NO. Late last night we got the call they had made it out and were doing good!!!...We are so thankful..

Cathy...you are doing great mixing things up for Freestyle.

Jane...Great news for your DIL's family!! Glad your workout went well yesterday. I hope you have fun with GS Legs...quite a burner.

Tammy...you are right about Cathe going so quickly in Meaner Legs...makes your head spin...:)

I am positive today! In fact I jumped out of bed, did my flylady bathroom cleaning routine and went right to my work out.

This is the work out: 1.bike spinning interval to the IMAX3 workout WU,6 intervals and stretch,
2. then GS floor legs
3. PS triceps. G
Great combinations! total time about 100".

Today is many errands, haircuts for the boyz, packing the car with DS.

I'll be crying tomorrow at BC when we leave him;( ;(

Today I hit snooze too many times, and I don't even remember doing it! I logged on the see what the rotation was, and was kind of relieved at the delay since I wasn't going to have time to do a longer workout. I just did workout #4 on Timesaver, and only cardio at that. I'm still fried, even just doing that. Not sure what's going on with me!

Have a good weekend, I'm off for 4 days!

Honestly, it was awesome. It was tough, but it was so much fun and the time went by super fast! My quads were a bit sore after but seem fine today. I printed it out and it was really easy to forward through. And yes, I seemed to be able to breathe without assistance. I was, however, drenched. And not in a good, Sports Illustrated swimsuit model way, but in an "ewwwwwwwwwwwwww, this is gross" kind way;)

Try it! I bet you'll love it.
