Daily CheckIn: Thursday, September 1

Hi good morning everyone. Today is Kenpo X and TAEBO. I still waiting the e-mail of shippment of my BB order. Yesterday I sent a e-mail to the consumer service asking about the shippment. BB have placed my order the day 24 August, today is 1 of september and I have not received the e-mail saying my order has been shipped. You have to be so patient with the Beachbody consumer service. :( :( .I am sure I will receive first the new Cathe's dvd I ordered from CK sales than my BB order. Have a great day everyone.

Morning ladies! BC for me today. All I have to say is that it's a good thing the two cardio segments I hate the most are in the first two circuits (the air jacks and the sumo squats). At least I get them out of the way. I'd take squat thrust climbers over sumo squats anyday!!!:7

Jane - I did GS Legs this morning as well and OUCH! My legs and glutes are BURNING!! I also did PS Abs w/stretch.

Becky - I like that combo. I may have to try that. I haven't done MIC yet.

Carole - good news about your DH's family! This Katrina coverage really has me feeling depressed and guilty about what I have and what others don't.

I usually don't pay attention to the Mish-Moshes, but realize that I've done something very similar myself. I guess I, too, have a sadistic mind!

Good morning everyone,

This morning I did KPC/LG kick-punch combos/strengthening circuit premix. It alternates the KCP combos with the standing leg work from LG. It's a terrific high-intensity, low-impact workout.

Very busy day at work, so I'm getting in pretty late. Today will be BC for me also. And I don't plan on doing it twice. }(

I am late checking in today, it is been a busy day, getting estimates on replacing windows on my house, dealing with contractors is a real pain in the you know what.

I did get my workout early this morning: I did GS, Back, and biceps. Imax 3 intervals 6-10, Turbo Jam 20 minutes.


I am glad I got my workout, and I may do another cardio session this eveining. I need to released some stress!
 
I did GS Legs this afternoon for the first time. OMG... I may not be able to walk tomorrow!!! That one exercise where you hold 5 pound weights and do down slow, pause for four, pulse for four.... OMG.... I dropped the weights real early on that one. I was shaking. I also got my new KPC/LG to try out. I may do some cardio off KPC in a bit if I can walk.
