    Which to choose for someone new to Cathe's tapes?

    How about....... My first Cathe's tape was Mega Step Blast. If you have already done step before you'll find the choreography fairly simple but the intensity is high. Good luck.

    Thanks for your suggestion It's just that I saw Collage's catalogue and Body Max was marked as staff favourite. Besides it seems similar to Energy Sprint in that it has both step, upper body and ab workouts and more or less the same duration. Since I liked Energy Sprint I thought I would try this.
