I'm glad no one's watching when...

I feel like a spaz when I "pony". I just don't feel graceful at all when I do those.:P

Which Hardcore have you earmarked to be your first?

This morning I'm going to try Kickmax. That's the only one I had time to preview yesterday after I got my new DVD's. For those of you that's already received them or can't wait to get them--which one do you KNOW will be your first?? Lora

    How did you discover Cathe?

I discovered Cathe on a Weight Watchers fitness thread a few years ago. Let's see...I started WW in 2002 and shortly after started doing Walk Away the Pounds and then moved onto the Firm. I loved the Firm at first, and when I purchased my first Cathe video I realized I had to get more fit so I...

    CALLING ALL NEW DVD BUYERS

I totally agree with Cathy. There is no way the other two DVD's are obsolete because they "say" they are for beginners/intermediate exercisers. You can adjust the step height and increase weights. I got a great workout yesterday doing the Basic Step and Body Fusion workouts together--80 minutes...

I've learned more about P90X here than on the Beachbody site!

With the 101 different posts on the P90x thread I've learned more about the workouts than I did when I was doing my homework on the Beachbody site. You all are great and even knew how to get the best discount deal on it! I'm still holding out, but you girls definitely keep posting so those of us...

    Powermax rocks!

I did Power Max yesterday for the first time. It was a really fun workout and I burned 483 calories, very impressive! I've got all the Cathe's now and glad I do because they're all great.

    power 90x

I've been looking at the Beachbody website all week, teetering back and forth--at some points talking myself into buying p90x and on other times talking myself out of it. I've been looking at the befores and afters on the photo page, and reading all the "Bring It" propaganda...I'm a sucker too...

    IMAX or IMAX2

You gotta have both! For variety mostly. As soon as I tried Cathe's workouts I had to have all of them, I just like her style workouts. There's just a few of the older ones that I don't have. I would agree that Imax is a little tougher than Imax2 but 2 is tough, I did it today in fact. I think I...

    Motivation?

I so agree with Clare!! This morning I was heading out the door to go to work and of course Cathe is on Fit TV at 8:00 a.m. and Imax 2 was on, the music just begs you to workout. Its so much fun. The mix of Cathe's personality, the music, the workout itself, along with the choreography makes...

    StepMax is fun!

I just received Step Max and was going to preview it, but decided I would try it because I wanted a good cardio workout--I Love It!! It was the most fun step workout that I have ever done of Cathe's. The cueing is superb and I only missed a few steps, not to mention I burned 468 calories. Its...

Did the Firm now want to do Cathe - where to start ?

Those two workouts are my absolute favorites of Cathe's. I do love the Intensity Series workouts also, but my all-time favorites of Cathe's are KP&C and L&G. For upper body I like PUB, but I like L&G better than PLB. Hope this helps.

    FIT TV wants your input

Cathe, 1) I workout in the mornings at 4:45-6:00 a.m. 2) I try to workout everyday but take a day off when my body needs it. 3) I switched from Dish Network to Direct TV because of Fit TV!! 4) 60 minute program with commercials preferably at the end. Thanks! Lora:7
