Did the Firm now want to do Cathe - where to start ?

I need to build more muscle on my legs need a DVD to help with that.

Last summer or earlier I looked up on Cathe and wanted to try her stuff. My problem was/is that I am on a tight budget and couldn't afford to buy the long step and barbell/weights. I see now that she has a step like the Firm. So I am thinking on buying the DVD set #2 that has L&G. Right now I am doing Body Scuplt by the Firm because of their system 1 & 2 I think it is the most "hard core" they have. I want to do more and want to condition my legs with other workouts. Will L&G dissapoint me compared to Body Scuplt? I would love to try her other workouts but money is still an object and I can't afford to buy all new equipment. Anyone out there who can give me some advice?

I love KPC and L&G dvd. There are so many options to combine teh two workouts, or do shoter versions of each, or so them as is, It's amazing. You really can't go wrong with that dvd. There is no way you'll be dissapointed. I have heard a lot of the girls on this forum that say that they have had the best results with these two workouts than they have ever had. So, I say go for it.
I can't compare them to the newer firms because I have never done the newer firms. And to be honest, I don't remember how intense the older workouts were anymore. So, I really can't compare.
But I do know this much, that you will love KPC & L&G dvd.

Those two workouts are my absolute favorites of Cathe's. I do love the Intensity Series workouts also, but my all-time favorites of Cathe's are KP&C and L&G. For upper body I like PUB, but I like L&G better than PLB. Hope this helps.
