High Step Advanced Video Clip

[SNM Videos]

We have just posted a video clip from the opening of the High Step Advanced workout. This clip is from a copy of a copy of a Window dub, so the quality will not be the greatest and you will an annoying time code at the bottom of the picture. Nevertheless, the clip should give you a better idea of what this workout is all about.

I wasn't able to view the clip at the 200+K, but I was able to view the clip at the 100k.

Me too Melissa. I tried to play the clip at all 3 speeds and got the black screen. Any suggestions? I'm dying to watch the clip!

I'll have to wait to get to my office computer tomorrow before I can see the clip, but I like what I heard! (my supposedly 56kb modem on my home computer only works at 36.6 kb at the most when I link up to my university connection...sigh)
