    Tricia, Thanks so much... I don't have another way to measure body fat right now and just want to know if the online test is even in the ballpark. Anybody else? The test only takes a couple of minutes and if you already know your percentage number it would be so helpful to compare.

    Lunge vs. lunge

    Amy, Thanks for your reply. Actually, at this point I don't think that my glutes need to fire more than they already are! I will start trying to build up to the forward and backward lunges though as I get stronger... thanks for the suggestion.
