    I did Imax 2 today and the music selections were much more motivating than they have been on the last few series. I get so much energy from upbeat music, especially in aerobic workouts. Possibly in future workouts the music will change.

    Anyone work nights?

    I work nights as an RN and I really enjoy it. The only way I can sleep during the day is to pop 2 Benedryl right before going to bed. Without Benedryl I get 3 hours sleep max, with it I sleep allll day long!
