Cathe - ? about rotations you suggested...

RE: I was thinking... I could be wrong but would say that Pyramid Lower Body is going to be strength, more like PS and S&H lower body where Leaner Legs is endurance. I have done pyramids (Body-for-Life) and they are make you work! Cathe's will be great! (torture ;-) dee c.

Birth Control Pills and weight gain

I just started my 2nd cycle back on the pill. I think I may be a little puffier but haven't seen a drastic change yet. Arm definition Question

Thanks, Kathryn! I have CTX so will try what you suggested. I bet you are right about the bi/tri split. S&H is split like that and have noticed that I have better form. If my shoulders are too fatigued when I do bis/tris, my workout definitely suffers. dee c.

    Arm definition Question

I love it, annabel! I am not alone in my obsession! I don't look at them in the mirror but am always pinching fat here and there to see if it's shrinking :O You know, I should be more worried about my tummy because it's got way more 'jelly-rolls' but not me! It's the arms that drive me crazy...
