Hi Ms. Dee!

Obviously I'm not Cathe, but I would say that Pyramid Lower Body, Leaner Legs and the squat/lunge sections of Power Hour are just incredible. If you put these tapes in some kind of rotation during the week and add some cardio...you are on your way to some SUPER results.
 
I haven't seen the new series. However, I would recommend Cathe's Pure Strength Legs and Abs tape. She's got some good floor for the inner thighs in that video.

Thanks, both of you, for the great answers. I was asking for a friend who only has PH. I wanted 2nd opinions. I did suggest PS and that I thought the new ones would be great. (I'm waiting on the DVDs :-(
