    How do you behave when you workout with Cathe?

    When I do muscle conditioning I am always grunting and groaning. When I do Imax II I call Cathe a slave driver and every other name in the book. When I do Step Blast and at the very end she says "It was a blast!" I always say "Yes it was!!!" Laura

    1. I began eating clean today for the first time ever. I think I did pretty good and I hope I can keep it up! 2. I went to church for the first time in about 8 months and actually enjoyed it. 3. I played tennis with my husband(who I am separated from) and we got along great!

    Adkins followers, HELP ME!!!

    Most guys would probably be happy with a juicy steak! Mashed cauliflower with butter would be a good side, it is low in carbs and yummy. Some steamed vegetables with a low carb seasoning would also be a good idea! Laura
