    Has anyone here ever lost weight by going vegan?

    Hey there! I was a vegetarian, still drank milk and ate cheese/yogurt, but I did in fact lose 20 pounds in about 3 to 4 months. I don't know about total vegan though. Just thought I'd give you my 2 cents! Hope your holidays are going smooth and as well for everyone else too!
