Clean Eating Challenge - Nov. 7/05

Morning ladies!

How was the weekend? I'd rather not even talk about mine. It rapidly descended into an unclean eating frenzy, but I did weighing and measuring this morning and am sickened by what I saw, so I'd better smarten up.

Today's planned meals:

B - cereal with banana and soy milk
S - apple and l/2 WW English muffin with pb
L - Thai noodles and vegetables (leftovers)
S - steel cut oats with raisins and almonds
D - tuna and salad

Hopefully, I can stick with that and not snack in between. Wish me luck!
 
I started again yesterday after a really bad week that started with Halloween ( nned I say more!!!). Anyway yesterday was a new start with eating clean and here is what I have so far for today:

B- protein shake, Special K low carb cereal skim milk
S- l/f cottage cheese with natural applesauce
L-1/2 ww pita with lean ham, bananna, skim milk
s- stringster with 5 l/f triskets
d- ??
 
Good Morning Ladies!

Well...Im starting again today to.My weekend was o.k but last night I decided to have some chips and a halloween bar.I don't eat chips very often but last night I wanted some so I did and then I promised myself that this was it.

B-Oatmeal
L-Sandwich & apple
S-protein shake
D-pork chops,sweet potatoe & salad

I am also working the night shifts tonight and tomorrow night so I should be fine.Weird thing..I never eat at work.But if I were home I would be looking for something even though I am not hungry.
I am also going for a run today and ab work.

Hey all! I was good on Friday and Sunday, but Saturday i ate ALOT at the festival. I'm back on the wagon.

B-pb toast
L-chicken or turkey with salad
S-protein bar
D-grilled chicken stir fry with brown rice

Wasn't too bad this weekend. I forgot about a church breakfast thing I had to go to with MIL, but I managed to behave myself there. Had a couple Wilbur buds (smaller than kisses, made in Lititz,PA) Fri and some champagne Sat night, but otherwise, did well eating wise and worked out both days.
today:
B - cereal w/ soy milk, banana
L - half turkey sandwich, turkey rice soup, carrots, tomato, yogurt
D - leftover brown rice, kidney bean thing, salad
S - apple
64 - 80 0z. water
Got up early and did a non-Cathe high/lo this morning. I have to take MIL to doctor this afternoon, and stop at library to check out new pictures everyone's posted, so won't have time to exercise later.
 
Hi Ladies my eating was good and bad this weekend . I'm back on the wagon 100% today . Will let you know if I have trouble though.

I followed the bad weekend trend myself. Today has been different however.

B- One egg/ w extra egg white, one whole wheat english muffin 1 tsp jelly, 1/2 cup Organic Cherry juice

S- Huge salad and two small rib bones

L- One apple, one slice of cheese, one protein shake, carrot sticks

S- Baby greens sauteed in 1 tbsp of EVOO w/ garlic, yogurt, apple, celery stick with 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter

D- One and 1/2 cup of leak soup

S- Ummmmmmm......

Hi Ladies! I did great over the week-end besides a few glasses of red wine on Saturday night.

B-1 egg with alittle flank steak
S-Kashi PB granola bar, red grapes, almonds
L-spinach & chicken salad, pear
S-1/4 cottage cheese, apple, walnuts
S-hard boiled egg, carrots
D-chicken breast, broccoli
S-yogurt

I think I will join you on the eating tracking. I think it will help with meal planning too by seeing what everyone else is eating.

My weekend was pretty good - other than having my first slices of pizza in a while. I did keep myself to 2 only - so that was good.

For today -

B - 1/2c Egg Beaters, WW English Muffin, 1tbs Simply Fruit Jam
B2 - 1/2c oatmeal, 1/2cup 1% milk, protein shake
L - Chicken breast, 1c brown rice
S - ??
D - pork and veggies

Lots o' water... :)
 
Hey there gals! Sorry this is way late.. but I can't use the computer in the mornings anymore because my Dad uses it (he works from home, last week he was in LA, he's back.. darn!}( Kidding! teehee) Anyway..this is what I had today...

B-2 veggie sausages and a peice of WW bread w/PB
L-Grilled chicken w/fresh sliced cucumbers & tomatoes w/vinagrette
S-fat free yogurt and string cheese
D-Grilled chicken salad w/vinagrette

Today was a day that the food tastes so darn yummy!:9 gotta love chicken and veggies!
