    Intermediate level cardio but with (real) weights

    I would be interested in an intermediate level cardio workout but with weights. It would be something like your new workout dvd #3( High Step Circuit) but geared towards intermediates. The reasoning being that we might be an intermediate in step but not in weight training.

    Hi, I am new to you workouts. I saw them on FITTV and loved them. My question is concerning the new beginner/ intermediate workouts. I have had two knee surgeries so I have to really watch what I do. I was wondering if the two beginner/ intermiate workouts are tough or easy on the knees? thanks
