Question about new workouts

Hi, I am new to you workouts. I saw them on FITTV and loved them. My question is concerning the new beginner/ intermediate workouts. I have had two knee surgeries so I have to really watch what I do. I was wondering if the two beginner/ intermiate workouts are tough or easy on the knees?

I found Cathe through FitTV also! Regarding the new workouts, and all of Cathe's workouts for that matter, any moves that you find hard on the knees can be modified. You probably won't experience any trouble with weight workouts. As for stepping, there is a ton of knee bending involved. If you find basic stepping or even stair climbing to be painful, I imagine you will find the workouts to be a little stressful on the knees as well. You can definitely modify the workout to suit you. As always, watch it first and then give it a try. Please let us know how it goes!

I can do step a couple times a week but I can't really do alot of jumping or high impact moves. I was just wondering which Cathe tapes would be good for me.
