Here is my menu for the day:
B- Oatmeal w/ choc. protein, BLECH! LOL, I use Designer Whey.
S - Cottage Cheese & Apple
L - Chicken, brown rice & green beans
S- BFL bar I think
D- Salad w/ chicken, not sure on carb yet
S - Might be BFL bar again
Water intake is going very well...
