DOES EVERYONE DO ONLY CATHE?

Hi,

I do all Cathe except for a day or 2 out of the month I will throw in the treadmill for a jog. I can't wait for the new series... in fact I just sold some of my old stuff ( non Cathe )off to make room for the new arrivals, LOL.

I use only Cathe for strength. For cardio,I mix it up between Cathe
and Christi Taylor mainly. Sometimes a litte Mindy or Tae-Bo for variety!
And once in a blue moon, somebody else. :) Renee
 
Heehee...it's hard NOT to use only Cathe's workouts...I love 'em all so much...but I do throw some other ones in, i.e. TLP's, FitPrimes, some Christi Taylor, Karen Voight, Kari Anderson, Mindy Mylrea...I like to mix it up a little, and there's other good stuff out there. Even so, I'd say I still use Cathe's stuff about 85%-90% of the time! lol She's the best! :)
 
I do Cathe 85% of the time, but I own so many workouts (about 200) that if I don't throw someone else in now and then I feel guilty! Lately, I've been adding some Firms, Slim Series and P90X's into the mix. And I plan on starting a yoga rotation soon to improve my flexibility and balance for ski season.
 
I also do workouts by Tracie Long, some of my "old" Firms, Gay Gasper, Rob Glick, and I recently ordered one by Kari Anderson and two by Janis Saffell. The mainstay of what I do is Cathe, but others compliment her nicely for me.

I do Cathe only now, everybody else seems too tame. Looking to sell all of my old Firms, Kathy Smith's and Karen Voights, just have to find a place to do it.

I only do Cathe's workouts. I have tried buying other videos but end up giving them away. Has anyone done any videos by Rob Glick? He is gorgeous! Is he tough?
 
I used to do only Cathe until I started doing Winsor Pilates. I have tried other instructors cardio videos but I never stick to them. They just can't get me going like Cathe does. Susan
 
Cathe, P90X, and Yoga (Thanks to Sooooooooooooosan!). Everyone else just seems too easy, and darn it, Cathe just has all her stuff together. The music flows with the workout and even when she says crazy stuff, it's timed just right.

Aseay, I have "BOSU Cardio Fusion" by Rob Glick and it's a surprisingly tough workout! The fact you have to balance on the BOSU makes it very challenging and effective. I really like it!

Only Cathe and running once or twice a week. I have lots of other tapes, but none of them interest me at this time. Can't wait for the Hardcore.:p
 
Mainly Cathe, but I also have a couple Christi's, Mindy's, Firm's and Tae Bo's that I enjoy. I really wish I could find others that are at Cathe's level, but it's not easy. I was really disappointed with Collage's selection. All the advanced are either too short for the price or too dancy. Christi's new ones got bad reviews. The only one on my Christmas list is Gin's new one. There is too much yoga and pilates on the market. I'll patiently wait for Cathe's. It's worth waiting for, that's for sure. At least I know it's not yoga, pilates or a dancy. Just pure long, hard, sweaty workouts! Thank God!!
 
I do use mostly Cathe. As far as weight training it is either Cathe and my own routine using Bowflex and free weights or adding on to Cathe's workouts or just Cathe. I do have some others that I do like Taebo, Christi Taylor, Mindy Mylrea, and a couple of others including a few Firms. But mostly I use Cathe and my own stuff. It is just nice to have a change once in awhile. Also most of my other workouts were Video tapes. I sold all but a handful on E bay. Probably close to 50. I have replaced with newer versions on most on dvd ie. Taebo etc..

In any given time period I will do Cathe probably 95% of the time. I also do some biking, running, ramping, slide, rebounder, treadmill, etc. As far as other workout videos, I do throw in others here and there, mostly cardio. I love Charlene Prickett & also do some Janis Saffel (sp?), Keli Roberts, Karen Voight, Kari Anderson, G-Force, Christi Taylor, Rob Glick, Taebo...and many others on occasion. I own at least 250 workouts. ~sigh~

And yet, I will feel entirely bereft of decent workouts until I have Hardcore in my little hands! }( LOL

50 50 Cathe and P90x. I am currently on a mostly Cathe rotation w/P90x thrown in until after turkey day, then it's back to a P90x rotation with Cathe thrown in. Good cross training!
 
weight work - all Cathe very occaisionally my own cybex machine
Cardio- mostly Cathe plus treadmill and indoor bike for low impact high intensity intervals
Yoga- Baptiste or Eion Finn

For videos, I'm all Cathe. I also walk on the treadmill at the gym, and I'm thinking of joining a yoga class at the gym if I can find a time that suits my schedule.
