Good morning,

I hope everybody is interested in starting up again. I'm going back on the BFL program starting this morning. Looks like Cathe's Jan rotation will fit pretty well.

5:30 am - L&G

B - egg beaters, biscuit with blueberries, water
S - cheese & crackers, orange
L - sandwich, banana, coffee
S - yogurt, nuts, carrots
D - beef, vegies
S - protein shake

YES! I definately want to start up again. This is a great tool for me to keep me accountable.

7:00 a.m. Push Pull

B – Egg white/oatmeal scramble
L – Black beans, baked sweet potato with Salsa, spinach, pear
D – Large Salad, 1 glass white wine
S – Almonds and dried fruit

I'm starting the WW core program

B- oatmeal w/banana & skim milk
S- Small salad & blueberries
L- Veggie burger w/asparagus & brown rice
S- roasted chick peas
D- fish, veggies
S-??

I will do Step, Jump, Pump when I get home from work. ( I tried to get up this morning but I have a cold and wanted to sleep a little later)

I'm interested - I need to start being more accountable. Starting BFL today.

B: water, oatmeal w/splenda & cinnamon, lean ham
S: ff cottage cheese w/ff raspberry yogurt
S: protein shake
L: turkey sand on wheat bread, carrots, water
D: turkey, baked potato and asparagus, water
S: ff cottage cheese w/ff raspberry yogurt

Doing Lower-Body w/o at gym today and will probably do 30 min on the elliptical tonight +abs from ME.

I'm back too! I love this check in, it's just what I need.
for my workout today, I got up and did Muscle Endurance. I love that workout, I think I say that everytime I do it.
Well, for my New Years resolution I decided that I need to get rid of our credit card debt. this months I'm going to see if we can do it without me getting a second job. I hope so. I get really tired if I have a second job, so I'm going to try my hardest to make it work without it.
Ok, here's my day:

B- Egg White omlette
S- Apple
L- chicken W/ lettuce and Newmans Owm Balsamic Vinagrette
D- I don't know we're going out to eat I think. But I think we're going to Applebees. SO, I think I'll order one of their weight watchers meals.

I've never done one of these check-ins before, but I'm starting south beach today and I'm going to need some support!!! It's only been half a day in phase 1 and I already miss my apples!!! DH is doing it with me, but I have a feeling he won't last very long. I'm so happy to get back into a routine!!!

8:00--Canyon Run on the treadmill (I can't throw myself into a Cathe yet b/c I think I've done cardio three times in the last month! I wouldn't last 15 minutes--I know, pathetic.)

B--baked egg whites w/spinach, 1/2 morningstar breakfast patty, coffee
S--20 raw peanuts
L--grilled tuna steak on romaine w/homemade vinagerette and a sugar-free jello cup :9
S--hummus with celery sticks
D--baked tilapia w/ steamed asparagus and a tossed salad w/vinagerette
S--sugar free fudgesicle

This is going to be interesting--trying to start back with my workout routine while cutting back carbs for 2 weeks. I guess we'll see!
 
Hi,

This is my first time trying BFL but I am doing the eating and workouts like I am supposed to, or at least I think I am, LOL.

It sure seems like I am eating to often and to much though, does anyone else feel like that ?

Here is what I have had today:
B- Egg & Ham Breakfast Sand. - EFL cookbook recipe
S - Protein shake w/ strawberries
L - BLT wrap - EFL cookbook
S - Not a clue yet, maybe some crackers and cheese.
D - A soup out of EFL cookbook.

I am not hungry at all but I have been eating every 3 hrs and drinking my water.

Mon - Treadmill
