    I love them all. Step Blast, Step Jump and Pump and KPC are all great. And I really love Legs and Glutes. The premixes on Super Sets are nice.

    I am an ecto, too. I find I get the best definition from doing workouts similar to her Gymstyle workouts. Everyone is different though. You'll have to experiment to figure out what works best for you.

    For those who *don't* workout first thing in the morning....

    I cannot make myself workout in the mornings. It just isn't going to happen. I work every day so I take a shower every morning. I usually come home and workout after I've had something to eat. And then I shower again.

    How heavy is "lifting heavy?"

    RE: How heavy is I don't lift as heavy when I'm doing a Cathe workout as opposed to the weights I use in the gym. She does a lot more reps than I would when I'm lifting heavy. I can't lift a barbell over my head that is sufficient to fatigue my legs. I still get a very good burn though.
