    For those of you seeing good results w/ L&G, are you using the same amount of weight as Cathe or different? Is twice a week necessary, in your opinions, if doing KPC, ME and floorwork from PLB in the same week? Should I replace one of those w/ another L&G? Thanks!

    Super Slow Workout

    >>1 Exercise per major muscle group. I like this idea. Maybe on the DVD version, there could be different exercise choices for each muscle group (ie: one day choose chest presses, the next time, choose chest flyes). The slower, the better, especially on the negative.

    S&H w/ ME results

    Thanks for the feedback! I just got ME and have done it twice. It's so much fun! I love S&H and will probably always incorporate either that series or the Pyramids, but ME is a nice change of pace. I think I like it a little better than SS.

    Slow & Heavy SHOULDERS question??? (form)

    I have the same problem! I've checked my form in the mirror to make sure I'm doing them correctly. Sometimes, I substitute rear delt flyes. For flyes, I can't work as slowly on each rep, of course. I'm interested to hear other opinions. Kara
