    I ended up buying Reebok 2.5 each ankle (5 lb pair) from Modell's last night because they were on sale. I don't regret it. Did TS #5 last night and man does it kill. Esp. the inner thigh moves. Couldn't do those moves where she's doing leg lifts up on her her elbow... LOL :) maybe that will...

    is the Timesaver DVD enbaled for Chapter search (not Wkout Blender)

    ok guys, anyone know if the Timesaver DVD is enable for Chap search? Apparently this is how I'm going to have to view diff Chapters within titles. The programming function on my DVD goes from Title to Title only, not specific Chapters within each title.

    carole, did those squeeze things fit over your barbell with rings for the screw on kind? that's the main problem I'm having. the squeeze ones I have don't fit over the grooves (for screw ons) to hold the weights in place. If I can buy some at Big 5, I may have solved my problem. Lemme...

    yep, my curl bar holds plates, and I "think" they're standard sized. I also have clips and i'm hoping that they work with the Troy Lite. Lord knows I've spent enough money as it is trying to get a home gym set up... it just gets ridiculous after a while, doesn't it? It's like you want to stay...
