    Hardcore Rotation results?

    Lose 4 pounds and making great strides in strength. Clothes are fitting much better. Lower body is much more tighter. Arms look great. I will take measurements later this month. Karen Williams

    Hardcore Rotation Checkin Sunday March 20

    During the strength rotation week 4. Did Gym Style Back, Shoulders, biceps today. I have loss about 4 lbs doing this rotation and see nice dfinition in the arms and legs. This is excellent rotation. Karen :)

    Tell me how hard is Bootcamp?

    I like this workout because you get cardio, weights and abs within an hour. The abs at the end of each cycle really have me huffing and puffing. So many options (premixes) with this DVD Worth every penny. Karen

    Hardcore Rotation Check-in 3/4/05

    Completed 1st week of Hardcore strength today. Ran 2 miles + Coremax 2 + StrengthMax 2. This was a good workout. Tomorrow was suppose to be day off but will do KPC and take Sunday off. I think I lose about 2lbs. this week and have turned cake down at two different events this week. One...

    Yes, I have seen some nice improvements in my legs with this new series. When I was doing the floor work in GS Legs this morning I actually saw the quad muscle with the tear drop above the knee. I was like *amn you go girl. Karen Williams
