    Hi Cathe! I've read in Mens health and fitness magazines, that as you get older instead of heavy weights and less reps, you should do lighter weights and more reps. Maybe something that starts with 8 lbs, goes to 5, and then to 3, exausting the muscle each step of the way. Thanks. Gene

    Which IMAX is harder?

    i think imax2 is harder with all the jumps and esp the 2nd half (last 5 intervals). Imax1 can be made hard IF you do it at the 8 inch step height. So i suppose you can make imax2 at an 8 inch height a real killer, but as cathe says, im happy were i am, no thank you.

    hi...this last month i concentrated on circuit training. I really like to sweat so i like the terminator dvd the best, esp the combinations of imax 2 and muscle endurence (the viper) but the gauntlet is a real killer. This is the best circuit out there.
