Step Works was today's workout. I haven't done it in ages and wow, I really love Cathe's older steady state aerobics, and her cueing was *so* good back then. Maybe because there was a much larger demand for at home step aerobics workouts back in the late 1990s??

Rest day for me! I was going to try one of the new stretch/mobility workouts but ended up taking a nap instead. I suppose I worked on my "resting" pose lol!
Cathe PUB and Butts and Guts (just did the butt portion, holy heck is it a glute workout! It's even harder than Tracy Anderson's glute stuff in Mat and PD which I didn't think was possible)
