    Thanks, I am hoping they arrive tomorrow. I am nervous though as they do look tough! Great idea! I would love to see a 90 day rotation that included the Low Impact Series workouts as well.

    Thanks nckfitheart2009! I ended up ordering Cross Fire and To The Max, but in the meantime I was thinking of using Drill Max for Cross Fire and Body Max 2, (skipping the upper body weight segments), for To The Max.

    Got my dvds in Canada today!

    I got mine in BC today. No duty charges either! Last time I had to pay another $24.00 so I was expecting to pay this time, but I was lucky. I've only had to pay once in all the times I have ordered from Cathe so I can't complain. I think I will use Flex Train tomorrow, can't wait!

    I'm not the original poster, but my TDEE is 2048, and no matter how many calories I enter, it always results in a gain. I entered 10 calories and it said I would gain a pound a year, and reach my goal by Dec 31, 1969.

    It said gain for me too. I even played around with it, and no matter what calories I entered, it always said gain.

    Hi, I just read the latest email about counting calories, and it mentioned that you can figure out your BMR by using the free BMR calculator on the workout manager. I just went to my workout manager and I can't see the BMR calculator. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you :)
