I was at Palm Desert Friday and they didn't have any. I looked for a shelf tag thinking maybe they were out but I don't think they carry them at all in Palm Desert. I got mine at the La Quinta Walmart.

Cathe how about a CD (similar to Cardio Coach) were you run through a wortkout for the gym? We are all familiar with the names of the exercises and the way you count out reps. Home exerciers using free weight could use it to.
I'd like a total body workout using heavy weight and the Slow & Heavy format. Everytime I start a split routine I can never finish it. Just not enough time. I prefer total body strength workouts.
