    Missing tabata premixes - disappointed

    So sad that the hardest to easiest and easiest to hardest premixes listed on the website didn't make the final cut. Would have been more valuable than the premixes that exist which just tack on a core workout. IMO.

    I think you want premix 2, 3, 4, or 5 which adds a core workout. Otherwise there would only be one core workout in weeks 5-8, 11 when tabatacise is used. Just want to make sure we are on the same page for purposes of the workout manager. Thanks!

    Cardio Supersets, I don't know what it is.....

    I like to do this workout doing Intervals 5-8 first, then 1-4 and then bonus step. The one time I did the Intervals 1-4 first, it was just too much. Doing 5-8 first is just enough to warm up to do 1-4 which I think are the tougher section.
