Hi Everyone,
Just want to give every one a quick update on our shipping progress and give you some info about the downloads. We have a lot of orders that shipped out today and we will continue all night and through the weekend. We expect to finish shipping all orders by Monday evening and perhaps sooner.
As we have already mentioned, some orders that selected "free shipping" will ship by UPS and others by postal service priority mail. It all depends on where you live and how much your package weighs. Some of you will get tracking info and others will not, but don't be alarmed this is normal and happens with every pre-sale. All international orders that selected free shipping will ship by the postal service.
We plan on making downloads available on Monday. We've been working on these all week long and just finished uploading them. This has been a difficult time around here right now and we're doing the best we can under the circumstances.
We still have some web work to do concerning the downloads and we will finish this over the weekend. In the meantime make sure you have your gift code that you were sent when you purchased your download so that you can claim your download links once they're available. We will provide further information and links for you to download your videos on or before Monday.
Customer service will be slow to respond for several more days as everyone is working on shipping out your pre-sale orders and because of the funeral for Cathe's father.
Cathe has been away for a few weeks with her family, but will probably return sometime next week. She will post a new rotation using the new videos, but that will have to wait until she feels ready to return to work.
We know everyone is anxious to receive their videos and we're going to work 24/7 over the weekend to make this happen ASAP. We will post another update tomorrow with approximately how far along we're in the shipping process.
